Company overview

Mutual Alliance is a leading Nigerian Capital Market Operator in Nigeria that provides a wide range of services to the emerging markets, with a significant and diversified clientele that includes Corporations, Financial Institutions and High Net-worth Individuals.

The company was incorporated on 24 November, 1997 with an authorised share capital of N15,000,000 in shares of N1.00 each which was  increased to the statutory requirement of N20 million in1998 and later to N110 million in 2005. This was later increased to N500M.

The company’s Authorised Share Capital is now being increased to N1, 000,000,000  to enable it effectively position itself in the capital market and also in line with regulatory requirement.

The company is licensed by Nigerian Stock Exchange & Securities and Exchange Commission.

The company currently has four Regional offices in Abuja, Port Harcourt Warri and Ibadan with a control office in Lagos.
